Context
After leaving Workday in April 2025, I built a fractional advisory practice for founders and leadership teams who want to operationalise AI, not just experiment with it. Engagements span fitness, recruitment, renewable energy, training and SMB SaaS.
Challenge
Translate enterprise-grade AI strategy, governance and operating-model thinking into engagements small enough to ship fast and pragmatic enough to land inside an SMB.
Approach
- 01Designed AI operating models aligned to business strategy across multiple engagements.
- 02Identified and prioritised high-impact use cases, then built and deployed digital workers across operations, marketing, customer and data functions.
- 03Redesigned workflows to combine human and AI execution, with hands-on enablement to drive adoption.
- 04Implemented lightweight governance aligned to emerging regulation, including the EU AI Act.
- 05Built and shipped supporting platforms: the Clarity Index™ business diagnostic, an AI-powered microsite builder, an AI survey-to-insights system, and conversational AI workflows.
