Family first. The reason I get up every day.
I started my career producing music, licensing tracks to brands like Sony, BBC and ITV. It taught me how to sell creative work before it existed and how to keep partnerships profitable for everyone in them.
I moved into financial services and consulting, where I learned the discipline of regulated change - Lean Six Sigma, ADKAR, SOX, ISO - and how to deliver measurable outcomes inside organisations that don't tolerate guesses.
At Dell I built one of the world's most consequential People Analytics functions, then redesigned global HR operations at TE Connectivity, ran international GTM at Indeed, and led engineering strategy at Workday across 2,500 engineers building AI-enabled enterprise software.
Today I split my time between executive advisory work, IMI faculty teaching, and Future Academy - the school I founded to prove that the best way to build AI capability is to build something with it.

Commercial Music Producer
Built a multi-million-pound music publishing business, licensing to Sony, BBC, ITV, EMI and Sky. Learned to grow revenue through creativity, partnerships and brand storytelling, and to sell ideas before they exist.
Operational Excellence
Performance coaching at Dell, Total Quality Management at AIB, Process Excellence at Commonwealth Bank of Australia, and senior consulting at McLaw delivering Lean Six Sigma in financial services and pharmaceuticals. Black Belt-level rigour applied to messy, regulated environments.
Global Tech, Data & Analytics
At Dell, built the first global People Analytics function, 3 to 50+ people, managing one of the world's largest corporate HR data estates. Led the EMC integration of 50,000 FTEs. At TE Connectivity, redesigned the global HR operating model across 80,000 employees and 150+ countries. Delivered $9M+ in savings and 96.6% data quality on critical records.
AI Leadership & Strategy
At Indeed, led the GTM redesign and Salesforce migration across international operations. At Workday, served as Chief of Staff to the SVP of Product Engineering & QA, 2,500 engineers building AI-enabled HCM and Finance. Established Workday's AI Centre of Excellence and a new Asia innovation centre.
Founder · Educator · Faculty
Founded Future Academy to close the gap between knowing AI and using AI, for teenagers, SMBs and enterprise teams. Joined the Irish Management Institute as a Faculty member, designing AI curriculum for executive and corporate audiences.
Bias for action.
Three people and a whiteboard beats a steering committee. Build something real, learn from it, then govern it.
Govern from day one.
Bias, profiling, PII and fairness are not bolt-ons. The most defensible analytics work has the strictest discipline at the front.
Tech translator.
Most stalled programmes are not technical problems, they're translation problems. The job is to make the technical legible to executives and the strategic legible to engineers.
Teach as you build.
Every function I've built outlasts me because I built it to teach. Future Academy is the same idea, applied earlier.
